Stress,,can we prevent it...

Whenever we talk about stress people think about how to cure it, only if we thought of why it happens and what to do to prevent it..
There are many reasons for stress in life..mainly..

In relationships.the other side either doesnt behave right or the way we want them the first thing is to think about it..are our expectations too much or not in sync with the times, or that person is lacking in values. If it is first then we must change ourselves, and if it is the second, we must accept it as our destiny, without any thought about changing them or our expectations. But we must behave rightly...

In our life in general we feel stressed that we are not getting what we also , we cant judge our value ourselves, most of the time we get what we deserve, but if we are getting exploited, then think...what are we doing to make it it our behaviour or inefficiency in our work, and work harder to remove that hurdle. Atleast we shall have the satisfaction of having done our best.

Most of the time, there is something lacking in our it hard work, knowledge,perseverance or coordination that stops us from reaching our best potential.

It is always necessary to plan life and be prepared for contingencies...financially and physically..I have seen many people who spend without thinking and no planning for future and then stress out.

The biggest stress creator in life are few habits like complacency, procastrination and sloth...hard working people get less stressed out.

Being on the right side in life may make you work harder, you may have to sacrifice a few things but it always reduces the stress.

Then there is that famous prayer..

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change; 
courage to change the things I can; 
and wisdom to know the difference.

I too feel stress develops when expectations are not met and we do not accept the reality of the situation.

You know Renu, what I love about your posts are their simplicity and forthrightness. We all know we have to weed out stress, but you have said it in such a practical way. Sometimes we need to change, but never attempt to change others, because it will create more stress. How true!
