- 200gm peanuts---roasted----normally if you put them in microwave at high for 3 minutes, shaking them once in between-----they are well done.
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1onion finely chopped
- 3 green chillies finely chopped
- half cup cucumber finely chopped.
- 2-3 tbsp. green coriander-finely chopped
- 1lemon
- salt to taste

yes, but take care to mix it at the last moment, due to tomato, it gets sogy very fast.
Nice:-). My mom used to make this as a snack but she didnt add tomatoes. I'm reminded abt it after a looong time:-)
I just love peasnuts, this is one thing I put in everything, like that crunchy taste:)
